Boeing Proposes Special Conditions for 757-300 Airplane Design Feature

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing special conditions for the Boeing Model 757-300 airplane, which will have a novel design feature to address sudden engine stoppage, a safety concern not adequately addressed by existing airworthiness regulations.
