FAR Case 97-307: Correction to HUBZone Empowerment Contracting Program Language

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are issuing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to correct language concerning the Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Empowerment Contracting Program, which was originally published in the Federal Register on December 18, 1998.
