Federal Acquisition Regulation to Standardize Option Clause Format
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align the format of the Option to Extend Services clause with other FAR option clauses, allowing for more flexibility in contract options.
