Federal Acquisition Regulation; Taxpayer Identification Numbers: Final Rule Adoption

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to adopt the interim rule on taxpayer identification numbers as a final rule without change, implementing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to report contract and payment information to the IRS.
