Federal Acquisition Regulation; Value Engineering Change Proposals/PAT - FAR Amendment to Change Sharing Periods and Rates

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to modify the timeframes and rates for sharing value engineering change proposals among contracting officers.
