Federal Acquisition Regulation: Withdrawal of Increased Payment Protection Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have withdrawn the Increased Payment Protection rule, FAR Case 98-014, due to the recent enactment of the Construction Industry Payment Protection Act of 1999, which supersedes the rule.
