Federal Acquisition Regulation; Veterans' Employment

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to better support veterans' employment opportunities under federal contracts, including expanding veterans' employment emphasis and revising reporting requirements, in line with the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs' final rule on affirmative action obligations for special disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam Era.
