WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding Import Measures on Certain Products From the European Communities

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is establishing a dispute settlement panel to examine the US decision to withhold liquidation on imports from the European Communities of products valued at $520 million, following a complaint alleging the action was inconsistent with US trade obligations.
