U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Rare Earth Magnet Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination in a rare earth magnet investigation, which added four new respondents to the case, following a motion by complainants Magnequench International, Inc. and Sumitomo Special Metals Co. Ltd.
