U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Mechanical Lumbar Supports and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a final initial determination, issued on June 29, 1999, finding no infringement of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into mechanical lumbar supports and products containing the same.
