US Department of Commerce Terminates Review of New Zealand Kiwifruit Imports

The US Department of Commerce terminated a five-year review of New Zealand's kiwifruit imports after finding that domestic parties no longer had an interest in maintaining the antidumping duty order. This decision was made on September 17, 1999, following a review initiated in August 1999.
