USITC to Conduct Full Reviews of Uranium from Russia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) is conducting full reviews of antidumping duty orders on uranium from Ukraine, Russia, and Uzbekistan to determine if revoking these orders would lead to material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The review period may be extended by up to 90 days, and a schedule will be announced at a later date.
