Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Proposes Expanded Collaborative Procedures for Energy Facility Applications

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is proposing to expand its procedural regulations governing natural gas facilities and services, allowing prospective applicants to use a collaborative process to resolve significant issues before filing an application, and potentially completing a significant portion of the environmental review process as part of this pre-filing collaborative process.
