FCC Requests Comments on Proposed FM Radio Allocation in Blackduck, Minnesota

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Community Religious Broadcasters to allocate Channels 221A and 283A in Blackduck, Minnesota, as the town's second and third FM radio stations. The FCC will also request Canadian approval for the allocation of both channels.
