FCC Requests Comments on Channel 255C Reassignment Petition

The FCC is seeking public comments on a petition by Legend Broadcasting, Inc. to reassign Channel 255C from Kennett, Missouri, to Keiser, Arkansas, and update the license for KTMO to reflect Keiser as the community of license. The FCC will not consider competing bids for the channel at Keiser.
