Radio Broadcasting Services; Johannesburg and Edwards, CA - Request for Comments on Petition for Rule Making

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a petition by Adelman Communications, Inc. to modify the authorization of its radio station KEDD(FM) in Johannesburg, California, and Edwards, California, by substituting Channel 280A for Channel 280B1 and reallocating the station to Edwards, which would be the community's first local aural transmission service.
