Radio Broadcasting Services; Johnson City and Owego, NY - Commission Requests Comments on Petition for Channel Reallotment

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public input on a petition by WEBO Radio, Inc. to reassign Channel 269A from Owego to Johnson City, NY, as the city's first local radio station, and modify the license of Station WLTB to specify Johnson City as its community of license. The proposed site for the new station is 6.4 kilometers south of Johnson City, near coordinates 42-03-44 NL; 75-56-37 WL, to avoid interference with another station and accommodate the petitioner's desired location.
