FCC Seeks Comments on Conflict Resolution for Same-Day Broadcast Applications

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on how to handle conflicts arising from multiple applications filed on the same day for stations in the same market, as per the new local broadcast ownership rules adopted on August 5, 1999.
