Radio Broadcasting Services; Fairmont and St. James, MN - Request for Comments on Channel 263C2 Reallotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Minnesota Valley Broadcasting Company, Inc. to reassign Channel 263C2 from St. James, Minnesota, to Fairmont, Minnesota, as the latter's second local FM station, and modify the license of Station KXAC to reflect Fairmont as its community of license. The FCC will not consider competing bids for the use of Channel 263C2 at Fairmont.
