The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public input on a petition by Secret Communications II, L.L.C. to relocate Channel 227B from Chillicothe, Ohio to Ashville, Ohio, and modify the license of Station WKKJ to reflect Ashville as its community of license, maintaining the existing grandfathered short-spacing with respect to Station WAKW, Cincinnati, Ohio.
