FCC Modifies Restructuring Plan for 218-219 MHz Service to Correct Prior Error

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has modified its restructuring plan for the 218-219 MHz service to remove a provision that allowed eligible licensees to receive a 70% credit on their down payment and forego eligibility to acquire surrendered licenses for two years, correcting a prior error.
