Exemption From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions Involving Comcast Corporation

The US Department of Labor has granted Comcast Corporation an exemption to enter into a reinsurance arrangement with an affiliate, allowing the company to insure its employee benefits plan with an unrelated insurance company.
