Bureau of Consular Affairs Adopts Final Rule for Visa Waiver Pilot Program

The US Department of State has finalized a rule adding 16 countries to the Visa Waiver Pilot Program, eliminating probationary entry status for citizens of participating countries, including Andorra, Argentina, Australia, and others, and making passports and visas not required for certain nonimmigrants.
