U.S. Department of State Announces Open Competition for NIS Secondary School Partnership Program

The U.S. Department of State's Office of Citizen Exchanges, Youth Programs Division is seeking proposals from eligible organizations to establish or expand school partnerships in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia, or Ukraine, with grants up to $125,000 for single-country applications and $200,000 for multi-country applications.
