DOL Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Revision to USERRA/VP/VEOA Claim Form

The Department of Labor (DOL) is requesting public comments on a proposed revision to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) claim form, which is currently approved under OMB Control Number 1293-0002.
