Proposed Exemptions from ERISA and IRS Rules by Equitable Life Assurance Society

The Equitable Life Assurance Society has submitted proposed exemptions to the Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Code, seeking relief from certain prohibited transaction restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
