U.S. Department of Labor Announces Eligibility for Workers Adjustment Assistance and NAFTA Transitional Adjustment Assistance

The U.S. Department of Labor has issued a notice determining the eligibility of certain workers to apply for workers adjustment assistance and NAFTA transitional adjustment assistance, as required by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Act of 2002.
