OWCP Publishes Final Rule to Extend Timeframe for Providing Additional Information in Workers' Compensation Claims

The Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) is publishing a final rule to increase the timeframe for claimants to provide additional information in workers' compensation claims, from 30 days to 60 days, in response to a requirement of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
