List of Grantees Receiving Waivers of Competition for JTPA Employment and Training Programs in 1999

The US Department of Labor has published a list of current Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) grantees that received waivers of competition for the 1999 program year, as mandated by the Job Training Partnership Act and in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Federal Register notice published on September 28, 1998.
