Federal Trade Commission Requests Public Comments on Proposed Revisions to Jewelry Guides

The Federal Trade Commission is seeking public input on proposed changes to the Jewelry Guides, which would require disclosure of laser-drilling treatments for diamonds and gemstones in jewelry products, in response to a petition from the Jewelers Vigilance Committee and the Diamond Manufacturers and Importers Association of America.
