EPA Proposes Disapproval of Texas Air Quality State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove three revisions to Texas' State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Regulation IV, submitted in 1989, 1990, and 1993, due to inconsistencies with the Clean Air Act and EPA's antitampering policies.
