Director of Defense Procurement Issues Final Rule on DUNS Numbers for Contractor Identification

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to revise guidance on the use of Data Universal Number System (DUNS) numbers for contractor identification, in accordance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations.
