FRTIB Establishes New System of Records for Fraud and Forgery Cases

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board is creating a new system of records, FRTIB-13, to track Thrift Savings Plan participants accused of committing fraud or forgery, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
