EPA Approves Texas' Revised Hazardous Waste Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its authorization of Texas' revised hazardous waste management program, which meets all the requirements under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The program revisions, which correct technical errors, are now available for public review and comment.
