RSPA Publishes Advisory Guidance on Leak Testing Discharge Systems for Cargo Tank Motor Vehicles

The US RSPA released an advisory guidance on August 18, 1997, addressing a potential safety issue with leak testing discharge systems on cargo tank motor vehicles used in liquefied compressed gas service, in response to a petition and request for clarification.
