NMFS Proposes Regulations for Fishery Observers and Vessels

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing new regulations to ensure the safety and adequacy of fishing vessels carrying observers, in compliance with the Magnuson-Stevens Act, which requires the Secretary of Commerce to promulgate such regulations.
