Notice of Robert D. Willis Proposed Power Rate Change

The Administrator of Southwestern has prepared studies showing that the Robert D. Willis project needs a 13.5% increase in annual revenues to meet cost recovery criteria, primarily due to higher maintenance costs and additional large maintenance items, and has proposed a new rate schedule to recover these costs, which would take effect on January 1, 1998.
