Open Access Transmission Service Tariff

The Southwestern Power Administration (Southwestern) is proposing to adopt this Open Access Transmission Service Tariff (Tariff) in order to be consistent with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Orders 888 and 888-A, to the extent practicable and consistent with laws and regulations applicable to Southwestern's activities.
