DOE Confirms Base Charge for Boulder Canyon Project Firm Power Service

The US Department of Energy has confirmed and approved the Base Charge and its components for the Boulder Canyon Project firm power service, which is based on an annual revenue requirement of $43.5 million and includes a $22.5 million energy charge and a $20.9 million capacity charge.
