Notice Issued for Marine Mammal Permits

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced two permit applications: one for the Institute of Arctic Biology to take Northern fur seals, and an amendment to Permit No. 1024 for the Southwest Fisheries Science Center to take Antarctic fur seals for scientific research purposes.
