Technical Amendments; Organizational Changes; Miscellaneous Editorial Changes and Conforming Amendments

This rule amends Title 46, Code of Federal Regulations to reflect recent agency organizational changes. It also makes editorial changes throughout the title to correct addresses, update cross- references, make conforming amendments and make other technical corrections. This rule will have no substantive effect on the regulated public.
