USDA Proposes Changes to Poultry Grade Standards

The Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to update the United States Grade Standards for Poultry, including new standards for ready-to-cook products and clarified feather tolerances for grades A-B- and C-quality carcasses and parts.
