Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Pneumoconiosis Claim Adjudication Process

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request for the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs to review and approve the claim adjudication process for alleged cases of pneumoconiosis, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
