EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Dallas/Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area Reclassification

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule to reclassify the Dallas/Fort Worth ozone nonattainment area from moderate to serious until December 1, 1997, in response to a request from the area's Congressional delegation.
