Project XL Final Project Agreement

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing the signing of its Final Project Agreement (FPA) with HADCO Corporation, New York and New Hampshire, under EPA's Project XL program. Through this notice, EPA is also responding to public comments received on the draft FPA. As the comments below indicate, many suggested changes were incorporated into the FPA.
