Public Notice: Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement Released for Arthur Kill-Howland Hook Marine Terminal Navigation Channel Deepening Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has released a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) for the Arthur Kill-Howland Hook Marine Terminal Navigation Channel Deepening Project, which aims to deepen and realign the navigation channels to improve navigational efficiency and safety for deep draft vessels.
