Office of Personnel Management Requests Review of Revised Information Collection Form RI 94-7

The Office of Personnel Management is seeking review of a revised information collection form, RI 94-7, which allows federal employees to elect payment of their retirement benefits directly or into an Individual Retirement Account, with approximately 700 forms expected to be completed annually.
