CSX Transportation, Inc. Exempt from Prior Approval for Connection Track Projects

The Surface Transportation Board conditionally exempts CSX Transportation, Inc., Norfolk and Western Railway Company, and Consolidated Rail Corporation from prior approval requirements for six connection track projects at various locations, pending environmental review and further decision.
