U.S. to Provide Counternarcotics Assistance to Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and Eastern Caribbean Countries

The U.S. government has announced a plan to provide counternarcotics assistance to Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and several countries in the Eastern Caribbean, as mandated by Section 506(a)(2) of the Foreign Assistance Act.
