FTC Requests OMB Extension of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Red Flags Rules

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the clearance for information collection requirements under the Red Flags, Card Issuers, and Address Discrepancy Rules for an additional three years, until January 31, 2028.
